Purpose and equipment
Linear weigher is used for automatic dosing of loose products such as seeds, nuts, corn curls and so on.
Consists of based on a frame storage hopper and from one to four lane flows. Each flow is equipped with a vibrating tray, shutter, and weight measuring system with a basket fitted on a load cell.

- All parametric control of linear dosing weigher is carried out by PLC and displayed on LCD display
- PLC is capable to store up to 30 dosing programs therefore minimizing downtime while program switching
- While dosing the controller is to adjust vibration amplitude of a tray to ensure max productive capacity at the set accuracy.
