Multihead weigher SP12-1К
Multihead weigher SP 9 (12) -1K is designed for automatic accurate dosing of vegetables: potatoes, carrots, onions, beetroot, etc.
Operation principle is based on weight combination of several weighing modules by micro processing unit which chooses the closest to the target weight combination.
The multihead weigher consist of a frame with placed in a row two vibrating distribution chutes and nine (twelve) feeding chutes. The product is discharged from the vibrating chutes to the weighing basket.
Multihead weigher SP 9 (12)-1K might be integrated with two packaging machines.
Productivity and accuracy of dispensing are defined by the number of the weighing modules. Opening basket mechanism operates by means of pneumatic actuators. Remote position control with TFT touch screen colour display and industrial PLC are used for input and output of data to the printer or local network.
