Hot stamp date coder TDL-5
Purpose and equipment
Hot stamp date coder TDL-5 is applied for start-stop mode packaging machine, that is it does the marking at the moment when the packaging material is stopped. Operation principle is based on the ink transfer from the thermal transfer ribbon to the packaging material by means of heating and pressure.
Temperature control is carried out by the in-built thermocontroller which allows controlling the print contrast. Digital and textual information is typed in the typesetting area using printing characters included in the standard equipment (43 pcs)
Thermotramsfer ribbon transport is carried out by step motor, clamping by pneumatic actuator.
