Washed and brushed potatoes are fed to the drying station. Special MS-10 machine is in charge of the moisture removal and drying process. The system consists of a reinforced frame, collecting tray, motor driven felt and squeeze rollers, slope and a tray. All components are made of food-grade steel approved to be used in the food industry.
Drying vegetable complete line guarantees the productive capacity up to 4 ton/h. Installed power of electric motor is 1,5 kW.
The quality of drying process directly influences on the shelf life of the product. Wet vegetables are more biologically decomposable. After vegetables are thoroughly dried, they are fed to the packaging station.
