Purpose and equipment
Automatic brick bag forming machine AFB60-3S is a horizontal carousel-type machine with servo-driven chain belt designed for giving a package with a product a brick type.
Filled with product package is fed into the molding cell for further procedures:
- vibrocompacting
- top package forming
- top sealing
- extra film cutting and removal
- top double folding (180°+90°)
- top package fixation with self-sticking label

Management in all working parametres of the machine and synchronisation of movements of drives is carried out by the programmed logic controller. For input and display of parametres it is used uniform (for multihead weighers, packing machines and the shaper of briquettes) graphic 10 the display with the touch screen. In an operating time diagnostics of knots and accumulation of the statistical data with their conclusion to the display is constantly made.
Position of a table of the shaper (briquette height) is regulated by an electric drive and remembered in memory of programs.
The automatic machine is synchronized with various types multihead weighers: weight or volume (volumetric Auger fillers, volumetric filler with telescopic cups).
